What does integration actually require?
Wishbone connects to your ticketing and priority point platform via API. We handle the technical setup — your team reviews and approves the connection. Typical setup takes 3 weeks from signed agreement to live.
Do alumni need a new credit card?
No. Alumni can use whatever card they already carry. Wishbone works within the existing bank's rewards redemption flow — nothing new to sign up for, no new card to carry.
What data does Wishbone access?
Wishbone maintains essential information for matching cardholder and contribution records, in addition to data required for legal and compliance purposes. Wishbone never stores bank account information.
